Shipping Policy

We send out deliveries at the beginning of each week to ensure that the plant, which should arrive within 3-4 days, does not languish in transit over the weekend. If there are any changes to the date of sending the plant, we will let you know.
 

Please note that once the plants leave our nursery, they are the responsibility of the courier.
 

We provide a tracking number for all deliveries sent via the courier service. Please use the tracking information provided and contact the courier company directly for enquiries about the location or condition of your parcel. If they’re unable to help, please contact us with your details and let us know your concerns.

Return Policy

We pride ourselves in ensuring that your plants arrive in a healthy condition, however sometimes mishaps occur. If your plant has been damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist. If there is an issue with your order please email us at sales@darksideofthebloom.com.au or Phone: 0458381221 within 48 hours of receipt, providing your  full name, address, and order number if you have it, so we can track your order faster.

 

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems. 

 

If your plants are not those you ordered, or arrive in poor condition, we will refund your money for the value of your plants or mail you replacement plants if we have those available.

 

If you have ordered the wrong plant, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error.
